Fattoria Colle Luca
It's on a hill in the hinterland of Pescara, 13 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and 30 from the mountains.
The structure had been restored preserving its previous rural character.
There are some rooms, sleeping 12 in all, carefully refined and furnished. Each one has private bathroom, tv, wooden furniture. Panoramic views of the mountains are visible from its windows.
The dining room has been fitted out using natural materials and some period furniture, too. They serve dishes of local cooking using produce of the farm for the most part.
A swimming pool is at guests' disposal.
"Colle Luca" is an organic farm, too, producing especially honey, but also extra-virgin olive oil, fruit, vegetables, wine, flour, pasta, puréed tomatoes.
