It's inside a farm, 10 kilometres away from the Adriatic Sea, specialized in the organic cultivation of "ancient" cereals (emmer, rye, and other not much used grain) and in their transformation in pasta.

Other organic produce are extra-virgin olive oil, wine, fruit in season, jams, bread, biscuits and vegetables.

There are apartments sleeping five, with cooking area, tableware, shower, heating and linen.

Besides, they propose their typical and macrobiotic cooking.
