It's at an altitude of 412 metres, offering picturesque views. It's midway between the Tyrrhenian Sea (5 km), and the mountains (10 km). The old rural house offers comfortable rooms with bathroom, heated by a fireplace-boiler.

It's possible to stay also in another old rural house, named "Casa Buasciu".

In the farm there are many water springs and underwood produce, especially mushrooms and strawberries which are used, together with further fruit, to prepare liqueurs and drinks.

Most of the farm produce is used in the kitchen. They are: olive oil, wine, wine vinegar, honey, many kinds of organic vegetables, farmyard poultry, rabbit, salami, preserves, jams.
