Le Colline del Gelso
The ancient monastery dating from the eighteenth century, situated close to the Ionian Sea and inside a large organic farm, had been transformed into an unusual and refined country house.
The rooms for the guests are elegantly structured and furnished, largely using period furniture.
In the restaurant, they use the organic farm produce to make dishes following the local tradition.
