"La Lista" is a holiday village on the Ionian Sea, made of 12 detached small villas placed around the manor, every one with kitchen, bathroom, hall/living room and double bedrooms.

It's on a knoll, 500 metres from the coast, at an altitude of 46 metres, with the nature reserve "Parco montano del Pollino" behind.

The cooking is at the same time genuine and refined, made from farm's produce.
