"Le Occare" is an ancient farmhouse, situated in the country bordering Ferrara, completely restored respecting the original structure and furnished with period furniture.

The main building is surrounded by a typical courtyard and has a wide shaded garden, with a little swimming pool, and a wood. Beyond it there are the fields of the farm.

The structure has a little charm restaurant and 3 double bedrooms.
