Casa Nuova
It's about 40 kilometres from Parma, at an altitude of 815 metres, inside a land where they produce various gastronomic specialities, surrounded by a large green area.
The rooms had been renovated largely using larch wood; some of them are dedicated to farm didactics for groups and for pupils.
"Casa Nuova" is also an important educational farm.
In the kitchen they largely employ the farm's produce and the dishes are those of the local tradition.
