It's surrounded by the vegetation of the Apennines and is inside a little organic farm; its produce are based on quality and not on quantity.

In the old houses of the farm, built in 1870, they made various kind of lodgings for the guests; some may accommodate groups of friends or large families, too.

Great care had been used in details like double glazing, fan-coils heating in the hall, wooden bed frame, orthopaedic mattresses and anallergic pillows.

For breakfast, the guests find in their table genuine and organic produce coming from the farm.
