The farm is inside the Monte Rufeno natural reserve (a view under here) which extends for about 3,000 hectares.

The eight apartments have independent entrance, a large sitting room with kitchen, sofa bed, fireplace and, on the upper floor, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Each apartment has autonomous heating and a kitchen equipped with electric oven and fridge.

The furniture is mostly made of antique restored furniture; the old walls made of stone and the wooden-beam ceilings characterize the rooms.

Various excursions are possible in the vicinity, both of naturalistic interest, like those inside the Monte Rufeno natural reserve, and of historical or artistic interest, like Civita di Bagnoregio or Orvieto. On horseback or mountain bike, too.
