It is located in open countryside, within an active farm, a short distance from Tuscany and Umbria, in panoramic hilly position and close to the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno.

In the ancient stone farmhouse, carefully restored, there are apartments with different characteristics and dining rooms.

The farm produces wheat, olive trees, fruit trees, potatoes, vegetables, and vineyards from which it derives a quality wine.

The apartments, placed on the first floor, the ground floor or in an adjacent annex, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.

Each apartment has its own entrance, a private bathroom with sensory shower, TV, fully equipped kitchen with cookware and tableware. All floors are terracotta-tiled, the fixtures made ??of cedar wood and the rooms have ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta bricks.

All rooms have a large private outdoor area with tables and chairs.
