The farm is situated between Crema and Cremona, close to the church of Santa Maria Bressanoro (fifteenth century). Once vegetable garden of the Franciscan Friars, conserves a frescoed room of the monastery.

The farm is inside walls and contains, besides the orchard and the vineyard, the rose garden, the fishpond, the old farming tools museum and three little chalets over two irrigation ditches, dating from 1912.

They offer hospitality in 7 rooms with bathroom, air conditioner, TV, cassette and DVD player, Internet inside the rooms, a reading room, bicycles for trips nearby.

A large hall for per conferences, courses, exhibitions, meetings and ceremonies is at guests' disposal.

It's possible to buy farm produce like fruit, jams, salami.
