It is located 416 metres above sea level, among fields planted with meadows, orchards, vineyards and vegetables, a short distance from Liguria, Piedmont and Emilia.

In the ancient manor house, restored preserving the original architectural features, there are rooms and little independent apartments, furnished with period furniture and equipped with every comfort.

Much attention is paid to the cooking, whose dishes are prepared with organic ingredients produced on the farm.

There is also the opportunity to buy the produce of the farm, like, wine, cheese, honey, brandy, bitter, cakes, pies, fruit, vegetables and more.

In the farm many activities and courses are possible.
Meetings, cultural events, training courses, private parties and dancing with live music are also possible.
In the neighbourhood there are various facilities for recreation and leisure activities such as sports center, tennis courts, park, riding stables and a disco.
