It's in open countryside, on a hill, not far from the medieval little town of Montecarotto.

In the farmhouse, carefully restored respecting its original characteristics, there are three bedrooms and an apartment for the guests.

All the rooms, each decorated in a different style, have private bathrooms.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace.

There are several services: Spa; common room with a large selection of books and board games; a swimming pool (9 x 4 metres wide) with hot shower, deck chairs, sunbeds and beach umbrellas; barbecue; table tennis; basketball hoop; table football; bows and arrows for archery; kites.

The pets of the guests are welcome.

The Spa has a two-seater bath, a shower with hydromassage and more. Upon request, many types of massages are also possible.
