It is located on a hill a few kilometres from Urbino, in a large organic farm.

In the ancient and large restored farmhouse there are five bedrooms, an independent apartment, relaxation areas, a large lounge and a common kitchen.

All rooms are air conditioned, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, television with digital terrestrial receiver and wireless Internet access.
