It's at an altitude of 186 metres, inside the natural park of "Monte San Bartolo", near the high coast that from Pesaro goes to Romagna, in a little farm where they grow olive and fruit trees and vegetables.

The farmhouse was restored respecting the original shapes and characteristics, and offers B&B in 6 comfortable bedrooms and one small independent building, sleeping 23 in all. The independent building is composed of living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom, and table with chairs and outdoor deck chairs.

Breakfasts are served in a cozy room, or, on fine days, outside.

In the wide garden there's a panoramic swimming pool with solarium.
