I Casali di Colle Monte
The farmhouse is part of an estate of about 10 hectares; it is placed on a high panoramic hill and is located just over twenty minutes from Termoli and the Adriatic Sea.
The buildings, built between the end of the 18th century and the first decades of the 19th century, have been renovated with great care, restoring the old terracotta floors, the wooden ceilings and the precious natural lime plasters.
Accommodation is offered in elegantly furnished rooms and suites of various types.
For breakfast, a rich buffet of homemade cakes and biscuits, croissants, fresh milk and yogurt is available. But also cold cuts, fresh eggs and homemade bread.
Meals are typical of the traditional local cuisine, in which, among other ingredients, they use vegetables from the garden, ancient grain flours, meats, cheeses and mountain dairy products, extra virgin olive oil of own production and other specialties of the territory, in a menu that varies according to the seasonality of the products.
Numerous activities are possible, from a walk along the ancient path of the flocks of sheep, to a ride on a mountain bike, to an excursion on horseback.
A large and panoramic swimming pool is available to the guests.
