Cascina Beneficio
It's in the little town of Castelnuovo Bormida, between Alessandria and Acqui Terme.
Some rooms of the farmhouse are at guests' disposal. They have bathroom with shower, satellite TV, a big fan to cool the air in the summer, independent heating, cooking area with fridge.
Every room has a veranda where it's possible to relax or to have a meal.
The farm's strength is the cooking, simple, savoury and genuine, combining local tradition with unusual meat like for example ostrich and buffalo, bred in the farm.
The food comes exclusively from the farm itself; both meat and vegetables are produced naturally, without using industrial feedstuff or chemical products.
You can admire the animals they breed, some common and some unusual, like ostrichs, fallow deers, Tibetan kids, little sheep of Camerun, little donkeys, lamas and more.
