Cascina Rosengana
Situated in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse and surrounded by countryside, this rustic-chic restaurant with rooms offers a traditional Piedmontese menu with small reinterpretations and modern combinations to delight all palates. A well-stocked cellar with a selection of about a hundred labels from local farms accompanies the proposed menus.
During the summer they open the "Garden" where it is served from lunch to dinner, as well as snacks and aperitifs, the tasting menu and local snacks.
Their cooking philosophy comes from their organic and biodynamic farm, which is why only quality produce will be found in the restaurant's dishes.
The six exclusive rooms, clad in elm wood, are equipped with satellite TV, minibar, kitchenette and travertine bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the farmhouse and have a mezzanine bed. For the guests of the Bed & Charme a salt swimming pool is available for the summer months.
Breakfast with local products is served on the balcony in front of the rooms during the summer and in the breakfast room in the autumn.
It is possible to buy wine, grappa, spirits, hazelnuts organic and biodynamic IGP from the company.
