It's situated between the town of Lecce and the Adriatic Sea, not far from the shore, inside a large farm where they grow especially olive trees, plus orchard and poultry.

The bedrooms are distinct in types: the Junior and the Standard have private bathroom and central heating; TV and air conditioner are on demand.

The Superior ones are wider and all with little veranda, air conditioner and safe.
