Pausania
It's in the heart of Gallura, which is a region in the north-east of Sardinia, a few kilometres from the ancient Tempio Pausania.
They offer various services; among them, accommodation in comfortable single, double and triple bedrooms with bathroom and heating.
In the wide restaurant room they serve dishes inspired by the local cooking tradition and prepared mainly with its own organic produce, which are on sale, too.
