It is situated in the center of Sicily, as part of an active farm, in a location that allows easy access to many places of historical, artistic and environmental heritage of the island.

The stone farmhouse, typical of the Sicilian hinterland and dating back to the early nineteenth century, stands next to a pre-existing rural eighteenth-century structure, once home for of shepherds and flocks. Both have been painstakingly restored respecting their original characteristics.

Accommodation is offered in comfortable rooms decorated with antique Sicilian furniture.

The farm Bannata offers traditional local dishes, characterized by the use of herbs, spices and flavourings.

Part of the ingredients are the organic produce of the farm, like cereals, oil, vegetables, herbs, nuts and eucalyptus honey.

A cellar and a barn for cattle have been converted into a multi-purpose hall, where it is possible to carry out conferences, business meetings, cultural events and recreational events.

They are also active in the promotion of cultural activities: Film shows from June to September. Lunchtime concerts every Sunday from March to May and from October to December. Shows of Jazz & Classical Music, in June and September. Theater and dance theater.

A wide swimming pool is at the guests' disposal.
