"Casale Camalda" is an old Apennine farm situated inside the "Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi", close to the ancient monastery of Camaldoli.

It's an organic farm with varied produce, where respect and preservation of nature are considered particularly important.

The guests find accommodation in independent apartments, placed in some rural restored annexes and partially in the original farmhouse. All the apartments have bathroom, kitchen and independent heating, raftered ceilings and wooden or terracotta-tiled floors, while the furniture is the typical rural Tuscan one.

The guests may freely supply themselves with the organic fruit and vegetables of the farm.

There's not a catering service, but there are various typical little restaurants in the neighbourhood that have an agreement with Casale Camalda.

At guests' disposal there is common meeting and reading hall, where it's possible to see and buy the farm's organic produce.
