It's placed between Florence and Arezzo, at an altitude of 480 metres, in a panoramic area viewing the Arno valley.

The house is surrounded by fields, and has a wide garden with playground for children, ping-pong, barbecue and a large swimming pool, which is at the guests' disposal all day long.

There are apartments sleeping till 7, with private outer space and independent access, and some rooms. In each apartment there are: coffee percolator, microwave oven, satellite TV, hairdryer, writing desk and safe.
