The holiday farm "La Coccinella" is 15 kilometres from Cortona, along an ancient way going from Tuscany to Umbria. It's at an altitude of 650 metres and is surrounded by meadows and woods.

The house had been completely restored preserving its original forms and is made up of two apartments, one on ground floor and one on first floor. Each apartment may comfortably accommodate four people (there are two bedrooms for every apartment), and it's possible to add two more beds for children.

The nearest restaurant is less than one kilometre from the farm.

The swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and is surrounded by vegetation with daily maintenance and cleaning.
