It is located on a hill, surrounded by olive and oak trees, at an altitude of 500 metres and with views over the Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fiorentino.

The stone cottage, formerly an old wine cellar, was restaured and is rented in its entirety.

The elegant furnishing include wrought iron beds and furniture at the end of 800. The exposed beams and terracotta floors reflect the Tuscan tradition.
