It is located in open countryside, a short distance from Arezzo, offering its services in a prestigious historical nobleman's palace, carefully restored respecting its ancient memory.

Inside there are seven comfortable apartments, one different from the other, that can accommodate from 2 to 5 persons. They are furnished in Tuscan style with original chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Each apartment has at least a double bed and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, satellite HD TV, independent heating and fireplace.

A large park surrounds the villa and has a swimming pool, a large pergola and an original wood oven with barbecue.

There is also a refined and spacious restaurant with rooms for dinners, parties and other events.
