It's in the Casentino valley, which is crossed by the River Arno, inside or near some nature reserves.

"Podere Sant'Egidio" has seven independent apartments, with different characteristics and size. They had been restored following Tuscan tradition (terracotta-tiled floors, stone walls, raftered ceilings). The furniture is original or in rural style.

They have independent heating, a barbecue area outside, an equipped kitchen and satellite TV.

Besides, there's a large common hall with a stone fireplace, a covered car park and a swimming pool which is open from June to September.

The structure is available for ceremonies and meetings, too.
