It's inside a farm, a few kilometres from the Tyrrhenian Sea. It's on a low hill from where you can see the sea, from the promontory of Castiglione della Pescaia to the the Isle of Giglio.

The farm consists of five differently wide and characterized apartments, with a large garden and a common swimming pool. One of them, "Casa Matteo" has its own swimming pool.
