The farm "Podere Scurtarola" produces wine since more than one hundred years. They make wine from the grapes which grow in the farm's vineyards exclusively, producing renowned wines as "Vermentino Nero" and "Candia dei colli Apuani".

Besides, they produce foamy, grappa, olive oil, vinegar, acacia and chestnut honey as well as "Federico I l'appassito", a raisin wine made from white grapes dried in the sun, which needs 25 months to be at its best.
