They breed mostly sheep and make produce like cheese, ricotta and yogurt, made following the old methods of the Sardinian tradition, land of provenance of the owners, improved as a result of the experience.
Dinners are served in the little inn at the entrance of the farm. The dishes are made by the owners themselves (but the rooms have a kitchenette). The cooking is the typical Sardinian and Tuscan one.
