The old house in Tuscan rural style of "Il Querceto" is inside a family-owned farm. It's in the area to the south of Pisa, viewing the ancient town of Volterra.

There are bedrooms with double bed, wooden wardrobe, writing table, chair and/or armchair, private bathroom with shower, independent heating, mini-bar and TV; besides, two apartments on ground floor, with private outer space with table and chairs.

In the farm they raise various kinds of animals, from cattle to sheep and rabbits and grow cereals, olive and fruit trees.

Typical produce of the farm and of the surrounding territory may be tasted inside the house.
