It's near the ancient town of Volterra, about at the same distance from Pisa, Florence and Siena and 30 kilometres from San Gimignano.
The villa dates back to the seventeenth century and had been completely restored. A wide independent apartment on ground floor is for the guests. There are two bedrooms, a hall, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine.
An old wood-burning oven and a swimming pool with solarium are at the guests' disposal.
