It is located in the open countryside a short distance from Perugia, within a large and active company and a park formed by large and old tall trees.
In the old historic farmhouse, completely renovated, 6 apartments of various sizes (2, 4, and 6 beds) have been created with independent entrance and heating, independent bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and fireplace.
It is possible to rent mountain bikes and visit the company oil mill.
During the summer, the farm has an agreement with another structure with a private swimming pool which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
