It is situated on a panoramic hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, not far from fast roads that provides easy access to the many interesting tourist destinations of Umbria and Tuscany.

The old farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, initially small convent then farmhouse, has been renovated while preserving the ancient characteristics, and is furnished mainly with original furniture of the end of the 19th century.
They offer accommodation in apartments and rooms of various aspects and features, elegantly furnished.
In the restaurant, completely made of stone, the dishes are based on tradition, seasonality and quality local produce.
The spa, built where there was once an old wine cellar, is equipped with sauna, jacuzzi, turkish bath and massage and treatment room.
The pool, of about 125 square metres, is available 24 hours on 24. There are also numerous possible sports activities in the vicinity: from trekking to horse riding, from mountain biking to sailing, surfing, canoeing, fishing, golf, tennis and more.
