Il Polivere
In the farm "Il Polivere", the structure of the old manor was entirely rehabilitated and the old farming activities revived.
It's in Umbria, bordering Tuscany, near Orvieto. It's 4 km away from the tollgate and not far from many Umbrian and Tuscan art cities.
The rooms have handmade terracotta-tiled floor and raftered ceiling. Furnished in rural Umbrian style, have wide and comfortable bathrooms.
It's possible to reserve the whole house, with use of the swimming pool with spring water and complete with a domestic staff (maid, gardener); the whole for 14 people at most.
All the farming are strictly organic: olive oil, wheat, sunflower, grapevine and more. A wood surrounds the property.
