Two ancient farmhouses named Cerreto and Cerreto Alto are situated on the slopes of Mount Peglia, at an altitude of 450 metres. They have been carefully restored by the owner herself, an architect. The restoration preserved the character of the original structure: facades made of stone, roofs with the old pantiles, wooden truss.

Furniture is in the local country Art Nouveau style; it has been selected piece by piece.

There are common spaces such as a library, an amusement arcade and a large multipurpose hall with fireplace.
